Batting first for the fourth match in succession, RRs scored a massive 287-4 from their 40 overs. Paul Lewis fell just 7 short of his second century of the season, whilst Dave Rock scored his highest score for the club, hitting 128 not out from just 73 balls, an innings which included 6 sixes.
Wickets fell at regular intervals during Aspenden's reply, but some imaginative bowling changes and field placings from Captain Rogie allowed Aspenden's last pair to put on 91 with JJ taking a rather uneconomical 4-76 from 6 overs...
