Selection Policy

After the success of the Presidents’ Day, we are now awash with good availability, which is great but does always present a challenge. 
So a timely opportunity for us to remind everyone on the selection policy. Everyone will take their turn to be stood down until everyone has had a go. Then we start again. 
We will always need to ensure we have the right balance between batting, bowling and fielding to ensure we can match the strength of our opposition. Thanks for understanding
