Most of you will now hopefully have received your 2015 fixture cards through, along with your invitation to the RRCC End of Season Party.
As a club we have chosen to change the format of the traditional 'Dinner and Dance', to a slightly less structured and more entertainment based night that we hope will be fun for all players, partners, friends and family alike.
The venue is the Fairway Tavern (at Panshangar Golf Club), Old Herns Lane, Welwyn Garden City, Herts AL7 2ED.
We will keep the essence of the previous years' format - hot food, award presentations, speeches etc but this year's End of Season Party will be Casino Royale themed with casino tables, drinks on arrival, hot buffet, music etc (see attached flyer).
We very much hope that both playing and 'non-playing' members/associates of the club will continue to support the evening and that our long-suffering partners will be treated to a night of fun and glamour that they can enjoy equally as much as the players!
Further information to follow regarding nearby hotels, taxis etc in the coming weeks. Please can you all let us know if you are planning to attend. Your support of this new format would be appreciated and we hope to see you all on Saturday 17th October!
