Match report For the first time this season, RRs were defeated in successive matches in yet another final-ball decider at Wheathampstead.
Fielding first, three wickets from the later-to-be-waxed Simmo helped reduce Wheato to 41-4 before their middle order helped them set a target of 161.
52 from Wiggy looked to have set up an RRs victory, but despite 35 from Simmo, last man Steve Watson joined John Lewis at the crease with another 30 still needed. Some lusty blows later and 4 were needed from the final ball...but Waitrose was bowled (playing down the wrong aisle) to leave Wheato triumphant.
